About Deborah

Deborah KneeshawDeborah Kneeshaw founded the company in 2005 to introduce Australian business to design thinking as a tool to drive innovation and nurture creativity at work. A team of industry experts support her.

Deborah brings to this work extensive knowledge drawn from a successful career in the design industry spanning more than two decades. An honours degree in graphic design lead to 15 years working with blue chip clients at the heart of the London design scene.

As a former visiting lecturer at Londonís University of the Arts, she developed practical tools and exercises to promote the mastery of design thinking and methodology.

From 2004 - 9 Deborah was an adjunct faculty member of the Australian Graduate School of Management. There she taught creative thinking on the MBA program and ran a highly successful three day open enrollment executive program. It taught over 200 of Australia's business leaders (from organizations such as Westpac, Qantas and Optus) how to use design thinking to generate creative strategy. From 2010 her team have been running this program independently.

Her passion to help organisations develop and nurture a corporate culture of creativity and innovation has taken Deborah to New Zealand and Singapore as well as around Australia. She frequently speaks at industry events on the topics of design and creativity.

Deborah is also a fully qualified homoeopath. In her spare time she loves to paint.
